It is an object oriented, modular software environment that enables rapid implementations of complex motion, vision and process control programs. The software uses drag and drop VisualWires to allow easy application specific changes. Principal VIEWS provide direct access to the main functions: Execution, Programming, Calibration, Maintenance and Configuration. Available Peripherals Up and down looking, or split field based vision systems are available in different Field of View configurations. Adjustable zoom and focus functions, always with fully automatic camera calibrations. Up-looking cameras can be used to inspect objects mounted at the vacuum nozzle of the Z-axis. application plate level. The intensity of the illumination, coaxial, side or ring light can be process specific controlled to provide excellent contrast of the objects. Digital monochrome or any color camera with different pixel sizes can be integrated and configured application specific.
